When visiting East Africa, don’t just come to see the animals, but also come to understand some of the many countries that these countries have to offer. Your driver guide with a 4x4 Safari vehicle will pick you up at your hotel at around 06:30AM and drive off to Tarangire National Park for a day game drive. Mobs of elephant families are easily spotted here and if lucky you may see the unique dry-country antelope found in this area only, the Fringe –Eared Oryx and peculiar long necked gerenuk. Huge baobab trees make Tarangire special and those acacia trees inhabit the tree climbing pythons and the nesting birds of life numbering about 550 species. You will enjoy picnic lunch in the park and then continue with game drive en-route to Ngorongoro, dinner and overnight at Hhando Coffee Lodge or similar
After your early breakfast you will drive to Crater rim and descend in a 2,000 feet down the crater floor; then spend the morning exploring the 102-square-mile floor, perhaps viewing zebras, wildebeests, lions — or even the rare black rhino. In all, more than 30,000 animals call the crater home. Pause for a picnic and watch the wildlife in action while you enjoy lunch. Drive back to Arusha and drop off at your Hotel.
