Allday in Africa Limited will be the only entity responsible in collecting information from or about you. • Be able to handle your wilder travel products and services that include when booking for extra activities whilst in a safari such as Balloon packages, adding extensions to an already paid for tour and all the necessaries you may need in your accommodation so as to serve you better to avoid any disruption can be minimised and this applies to al bookings including those from a third party platform.
• Process payments for your booking, fulfil requests for refunds and for accounting or audit purposes
• Personalise the service and offers you receive when you sign up to get updates and more thoughtful thoughts to your inbox. Being aware of previous travel experiences, transactions or preferences is what is going to help us do this. Helping someone make a booking?
When helping another person make a booking, make sure you have consent before doing so. Making a booking of another person is an agreement between you and that person so make sure you have consent to make the booking and share their details with us (as anticipated by this Privacy Notice), which we will assume that you have done prior to making the booking. Allday in Africa Limited will assume you are allowed to represent that person during the booking process, which means that you will need to provide us with the information required in making a booking. When making a payment in our website, we only collect: –

This information collected depends mainly on the payment method you use and who your provider is. We may ask you if you want to remember your details for future use (this is optional).

NOTE:
If you use card details that do not match the details of your booking, that is, if the card’s name is different from your booking name, you may be asked to provide proof or authorisation of using someone else’s card.

What happens after your data is stored?
Allday in Africa Limited will keep your personal data and use it only for the purpose acknowledged by you when collecting and for as long as it is still reasonably necessary. This includes for the use of managing and handling your bookings, and to also provide the best products and services for you. When it is no longer required, all data stored is disposed of in a secure manner.

In some circumstances, Allday in Africa Limited may store your personal information for longer periods of time, for example, where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements, so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your personal information or dealings.

  1. As our customer, you are legally allowed to: –

    It is your right to ask us, at anytime, to provide you with a copy of your personal information that we hold and you have the right to be informed of: the source of your personal information; the purposes, legal basis and methods of processing; the data controller’s identity; and the entities or categories of entities to whom your personal information may be transferred.

    It is your right to ask us, at anytime, to modify if your personal information is not accurate. Before this is done, you may be asked to provide extra information for us to verify your case.
