This privacy notice can be changed, amended, or updated to meet the recent demand of our legal requirements and the way our business requires to be operated. In the case of an update or change to the policy, a notification will be placed on this webpage. We, therefore, advise you to be checking this privacy notice on a regular basis. Receiving Your Personal Information
Allday in Africa Limited will be the only entity responsible in collecting information from or about you. What we take from you whilst making an online booking
When booking a safari tour, beach holiday or a mountain climb online via our website, we shall collect, process and use personal information so that we can deal with all aspects of your booking.

• Be able to handle your wilder travel products and services that include when booking for extra activities whilst in a safari such as Balloon packages, adding extensions to an already paid for tour and all the necessaries you may need in your accommodation so as to serve you better to avoid any disruption can be minimised and this applies to al bookings including those from a third party platform.
• Process payments for your booking, fulfil requests for refunds and for accounting or audit purposes
• Personalise the service and offers you receive when you sign up to get updates and more thoughtful thoughts to your inbox. Being aware of previous travel experiences, transactions or preferences is what is going to help us do this. We will also be tailoring the way we provide our products or services to you based on your preferences and profile.
• Personalise the look and feel of our Platforms and communications with you in order as to align with preferences we have previously received from you or inferred from your use of our Platforms, market research, your interactions with us on social media and previous transactions. Allday in Africa Limited will only use your special personal information (which is rarely asked for) to assist you during your tour with us. In the case when prompt to provide us with special categories of personal information, you agree that you have voluntarily provided such information, and you consent for us to use that information for the purposes for which it was collected.

Helping someone make a booking?
When helping another person make a booking, make sure you have consent before doing so. Making a booking of another person is an agreement between you and that person so make sure you have consent to make the booking and share their details with us (as anticipated by this Privacy Notice), which we will assume that you have done prior to making the booking. Allday in Africa Limited will assume you are allowed to represent that person during the booking process, which means that you will need to provide us with the information required in making a booking. The personal information collected remains the same, only that you will need to explain to that person how we will use their personal information as set out in this Privacy Notice. Each person in a booking will be able to view the phone number and/or email of the other person(s) in a booking and update such information. Any operational messages sent to one member of a booking will also be sent to the person representing in making the booking.

What we take from you when you are making a payment on our website
When making a payment in our website, we only collect: –

• Card issuer
• Cardholder’s permanent address
• Expiry date
• CVC code

This information collected depends mainly on the payment method you use and who your provider is. We may ask you if you want to remember your details for future use (this is optional).

NOTE:
If you use card details that do not match the details of your booking, that is, if the card’s name is different from your booking name, you may be asked to provide proof or authorisation of using someone else’s card.

What happens after your data is stored?
Allday in Africa Limited will keep your personal data and use it only for the purpose acknowledged by you when collecting and for as long as it is still reasonably necessary. This includes for the use of managing and handling your bookings, and to also provide the best products and services for you. When it is no longer required, all data stored is disposed of in a secure manner.

In some circumstances, Allday in Africa Limited may store your personal information for longer periods of time, for example, where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements, so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your personal information or dealings.

  1. As our customer, you are legally allowed to: –
    At any time, access your personal information saved in our database
    It is your right to ask us, at anytime, to provide you with a copy of your personal information that we hold and you have the right to be informed of: the source of your personal information; the purposes, legal basis and methods of processing; the data controller’s identity; and the entities or categories of entities to whom your personal information may be transferred.
  2. Modify or delete your personal information saved in our database
    It is your right to ask us, at anytime, to modify if your personal information is not accurate. Before this is done, you may be asked to provide extra information for us to verify your case.     It is your right, at anytime, to object to any processing of your personal information that has our legitimate interests as its legal basis, if you believe your fundamental rights and freedoms outweigh our legitimate interests. In the case of raising an objection, Allday in Africa Limited has an opportunity to demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate interests that override your rights and freedoms.
