Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and refunds will be issued based on number of days prior to travel date. Please take note that: –

• Any reservation cancelled 90 to 61 days = cancellation fee is 20%

• Any reservation cancelled 60-46 days = cancellation fee is 50%

• Any reservation cancelled 45-31 days = cancellation fee is 75%

• Any reservation cancelled 30 days or less = cancellation fee is 100%.

Refund process normally takes 3 to 4 weeks and will be done in the same form of payment received. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND you get Travel Insurance for TRIP CANCELLATION and EMERGENCY MEDICAL EVACUATION. Please contact your local insurance or any other companies offering this coverage.
