Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire – Ngorongoro
06:30 AM – Your professional driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha in a well-equipped 4x4 safari vehicle.
08:30 AM – Arrive at Tarangire National Park, renowned for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive, with the possibility of spotting Fringe-Eared Oryx, long-necked Gerenuk, lions, leopards, and a variety of bird species.
12:30 PM – Enjoy a picnic lunch within the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.
02:00 PM – Continue with a game drive en route to Mto wa Mbu, soaking in the stunning views along the way.
06:00 PM – Arrive at Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge for check-in, followed by a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
06:30 AM – Enjoy an early breakfast before descending 2,000 feet into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Explore the 102-square-mile crater floor, home to over 30,000 animals, including zebras, wildebeests, lions, elephants, and the rare black rhino. Witness incredible predator-prey interactions in this natural wildlife haven.
12:30 PM – Stop at a scenic spot for a picnic lunch, surrounded by breathtaking views and wildlife.
Continue with game viewing then ascend from the crater and proceed your journey back to Arusha, enjoying scenic views along the way.
06:00 PM – Arrive in Arusha and drop-off at your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.

Know Before You Go
1.Tarangire is best visited during the dry season (June – October) when wildlife congregates around water sources.
2. Ngorongoro offers year-round wildlife viewing, but June – March provides the best chances to see the Big Five.
3. Mornings and evenings can be cold, especially in Ngorongoro, so bring a warm jacket.
4. Days are warm, so wear lightweight, breathable clothing in neutral colors (avoid bright colors).
5. Pack a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection.
6. Comfortable, closed shoes are recommended for walking around lodges and picnic areas.
7. Carry insect repellent to protect against mosquitoes.
8. While not mandatory, anti-malaria medication is recommended.
